I paid for these blocks and never received them. I emailed to find out what was going on with my shipment and no one responded. I had received an email saying they were going to ship and had a tracking number but it said label made but no one picked it up.

I am very disappointed with customer service. I ordered 10 boxes and only received eight. It has been two months and I’ve emailed you multiple times. Each time I email it takes a few days for a single response and there has been no significant effort to get me my final two boxes, even though it is holding up my job. There is no phone number or direct contact for situations like this. This is horrible customer service.

Ordered the 3rd week of September, never received anything, contacted Customer Service, they told me an issue with UPS and they would resend, that was confirmed on 11/2, but no tracking sent.
It is now 11/14, no TuffBlocks - I am extremely disappointed in this overall experience.

Because our 10' x 5' shed is on a property easement, our county required it to be easily moved if utility access is needed (it will never happen). TuffBlocks was an excellent solution for this. They are great to work with, easily leveled, strong (overkill in this project), and durable. This is my second project with TuffBlocks. Several years ago I built a low deck that has remained firm, stable, and level.

Probably added more blocks than needed but plan on putting something heavy on top. Once you have the tuffblocks level it works out perfectly. It was nice not having to dig posts and I was limited in that capacity due to being on septic. Love it so far and decking will be completed soon for the 12 x 8 ft framing.

After two weeks I followed up realize it hadn't left your building. Had to cancel so as not to hold up my job.
Was told to call and get a postage paid mailing slip when the package arrived. Since then multiple calls have not been returned.
If you don't respond to this message I will reluctantly have to go onto social media and detail the delayed shipping and poor customer service.

I did want to take this opportunity to ask you a question. The reason that I chose this product was because I have sprinkler lines in the ground where the new deck will be placed. In speaking with a trex expert, he cautioned me
Against placing the tuff blocks on top of the irrigation lines. We do plan to put a hot tub on the deck, and he had said that the tuff block supports would eventually crush those lines.
Do you have any suggestions with regard to how to prevent this from happening if I have to put a tuff block over those lines? I was considering placing a flat steel plate over them and under the tough block to distribute the weight, but i'm not sure if that's the right way to go? I would appreciate any suggestions that you could share. Thank you,

TuffBlocks made building the foundation of our greenhouse so much simpler than any other method would have been, especially on a slope next to the house, where no digging was possible.
The TuffBlocks were installed on reinforced concrete pads, and a laser level was used to measure the 4x4 risers below the 4x4 base frame.
The end result is excellent - very sturdy, and a great addition to our home.

Using the floating TuffBlock foundation system not only kept our mature tree root system from sustaining damage but also provided the truly low-profile look we were going for. We have never built a deck before and after doing research on YouTube and finding Tough Blocks, we decided we could do this. These have truly made it so much easier. No need for concrete footings. We’ve been using the paver base to level underneath them and so far, we are half framed and everything is level and stable. These are awesome! What a great product.
