Products purchased on buildtuff.com can be returned within 90 days of delivery in accordance with the Returns Policy below. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it and;
- Within the original packaging.
- Contain all original units
- To return your products, please contact us at returns@buildtuff.com
- Your box(es) should be clearly marked with “RA” and your Order Number. Example: “RA BT-US1000"
