- We offer free ground shipping to all contiguous USA locations from our USA website (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
- The exact shipping price for the carrier and speed you choose is calculated at checkout.
- Shipping and taxes calculated at checkout.
- Prices of all our products are in USD. Payment is automatically converted to your country's equivalent currency.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery for Standard Shipping (UPS Ground).
- Orders received before 12pm on a Business Day will be assembled and available to ship Following day
- We use UPS and orders can be tracked here: www.ups.com/WebTracking/track

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery for Standard Shipping (UPS Ground). Orders Placed after 1:00pm EST will be dispatched the next business day.

If you have placed an order to one of the affected areas and your order is on hold, you can either reserve your order or you can cancel and we will refund your order if it has not already shipped to your location.

International shipping is only available in the USA and Canada at this stage. We are investigating the United Kingdom and Europe but currently these countries are not set up with local deliveries.

Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when the order is dispatched. This is generally between 1 to 3 days after you have placed your order.

Black Friday/ Cyber Monday/ Christmas/ New Years

Due to the increased volume of orders, please allow for a couple of extra business days on top of the expected delivery date to receive your order. Your order will still ship out with the shipping method you selected at checkout, however our warehouses and courier companies are inundated at this time.

USA

You will usually receive your order in around 2 to 10 business days. Please note, during peak times of the year, such as Black Friday/Christmas, there can be delays especially if you choose the FREE shipping option or cheapest option. Express post will take priority and be delivered sooner than free postage.

International

Shipping usually takes around 1-2 weeks depending on your country, however some countries are slow and may take longer. This is out of our control unfortunately. Express shipping is always faster than the cheap option but does not guarantee delivery within a certain number of days for international shipments.

Our products vary and are boxed and shipped differently. Therefore, different items in your order may arrive on separate days. Please allow a few days to account for this. We unfortunately have no control over items not arriving together, but hang in there, your items will arrive.

If your first item has arrived and you still don't have all your items after two weeks from the date of order, please contact our team and we will help you out and ensure you get everything you purchased.

There are no customs fees or duties for the USA as we are made in the USA. Your country may charge customs fees or take additional time to process your items through customs. We do our best to avoid any delays or additional customs fees, however, we unfortunately have no control over these delays or additional fees. Most countries do not incur any issues at customs and are delivered smoothly. Unfortunately, if your country does charge you additional fees or delay the delivery, this is out of our control. Any additional taxes or fees are your responsibility.

If you want to know how much customs will charge you or why there is a delay in processing your order through customs, you will need to call the customs office in your country.

If you choose to purchase an item that is out of stock, we will send you a follow up email with options for your order.

Option #1 Wait until the product is back in stock
If you choose to hold your order and wait for the out of stock item to go back into inventory and ship your order complete, this does not reserve any products that you have ordered. If you go with this option, you run the risk of other items in your order going out of stock.

Option #2 Ship you the products available now at no extra charge to you
If you choose this option, we will release the available items in your order at no extra charge to you. Once the product is back in stock, your order will ship. This helps ensure that your entire order is received once we're back in stock.

Bulk orders are excluded from free shipping. Due to the fact that the products are being shipped in bulk, shipping costs stay relatively low.
