INTERNATIONAL CODE COUNCIL CERTIFICATION (2022)

In 2022 TuffBlock was evaluated by ICC to test its durability, vertical load capacity, as well as its application in line with various building codes.

This allows our customers to have extra peace of mind, knowing that our product has passed and exceeded the standards that are considered to be alternatives to precast concrete blocks and withstand the durability and load capacity requirements.

Since there have been no modifications to the design or material composition of the product since its initial development, the evaluations conducted by the International Code Council (ICC) in 2022 surrounding TuffBlock's material capabilities continue to be relevant and applicable. This enduring applicability encompasses aspects such as the load-bearing capacity, efficacy under extreme temperature conditions, and the comprehensive assessment of TuffBlock's durability.

However, before commencing any build please refer to your local council or municipality guidelines to ensure that you are complying. Each and every council/ state is different and this is why we don’t detail specific requirements.
